You’ve wrapped your heart
Snuggly around my pinky finger
In a myriad of inscrutable labyrinths

You’ve taken ahold of my love
Squeezing ever so tightly
That I’m sure you’ll never let go

You’ve nestled your life in mine,
Knotting it in and around my soul,
And there’s no way to ever untie it

You’ve entwined your chubby little fingers
About the darkened corners of my being

With fluttery giggles, inane babble, and whimsical smiles,
And there secured your place as inextricably mine
